Raed Arafat has reported difficulties in rescuing people stranded in Suceava, where 22 people are at risk due to flooding.

DSU chief Raed Arafat said rescue operations in flood-hit Suceava county are becoming increasingly difficult. In the Neagra area, 22 people are stranded, and SMURD helicopters and a Blackhawk helicopter have been sent to evacuate. In Neamt county, over 240 households have been affected and 900 people have been evacuated. Arafat emphasized the importance of evacuating quickly before further rain and urged the population to respond to evacuation recommendations to avoid risks.
