In the Neagra area, 22 people are stranded, and SMURD helicopters and a Blackhawk helicopter have been sent to evacuate. In Neamt county, over 240 households have been affected and 900 people have been evacuated. Arafat emphasized the importance of evacuating quickly before further rain and urged the population to respond to evacuation recommendations to avoid risks.
