Radu Miruță explained that Flavius Nedelcea, the secretary of state detained for incitement to abuse in service, is the only one in the ministry to whom he has not assigned any duties, considering that he does not respect his principles. He mentioned that Nedelcea has not been seen in the ministry for a month. Additionally, DNA prosecutors have placed other officials involved in illegal changes of positions within ANPC under judicial control, indicating a network of political interests.
