PSD Deputy Răzvan Ciortea is at the center of a controversy regarding his wealth declaration, owning a luxury SUV worth over 100,000 euros, which does not appear in the official documents. According to an investigation conducted by Snoop.ro, the car is rented from a friend's company, and Ciortea stated that he intends to pay for it in three years.

Additionally, there are discrepancies between the income declared by the deputy and the money in his accounts, with the total amount in the accounts exceeding the official income. Ciortea explained that the difference comes from donations from his parents. The deputy, who is in his second term, has had only one intervention in the plenary, during the oath-taking. This situation raises questions about his transparency and integrity.
