The Prime Minister has proposed a reform that will allow town halls to decide where gambling can be authorized, according to the needs of the local community. He points out that cities are overrun with gambling outlets and better management of unused assets is needed. Decentralization will allow developments in cities, but town halls must have available land to implement these projects.
