Revenues increased from 79.2 billion lei to 89.1 billion lei, with significant increases in income tax, VAT, and excise duties. Personnel expenses decreased by 630 million lei in the July-September period, and in October by 562 million lei. Bolojan also emphasized the unlocking of European funds through the PNRR, with significant payments made in the second half of the year. The decrease in ROBOR and interest rates for government bonds reflects market confidence in Romania's economic stability.
