Romania's President Nicușor Dan had a surprising reaction to a question about his possible involvement in corruption, in the context of the scandal of former Deputy Prime Minister Dragos Anastasiu. Asked if he had ever given a "survival bribe", Dan replied simply and dryly that he "doesn't remember".
