In a press conference, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan underlined the problem of premature retirement of magistrates, noting that two thirds of them retire at 47-49 years of age, affecting the quality and sustainability of the judicial system. The finalized law provides for raising the retirement age and limiting pensions to the level of the salary, and will be adopted in August.
