Marian Rădună, the organizer of the march dedicated to the victims of Colectiv, was fined 3,000 lei for exceeding the hour of commemoration, in front of the club.

The incident took place in front of the former club, while the participants lit candles and laid wreaths. Rădună stated that the event was officially notified and had two distinct protocols, one for the march and another for the commemoration. He intends to contest the fine and file a complaint against the observing agent, invoking the exceptions provided in Law 60/1991 for public gatherings. The march gathered several hundred people, taking place under the title "Solidarity for Justice; 10 years without justice."
