President Nicușor Dan co-chaired, alongside the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, a discussion dedicated to disinformation and hybrid threats during the Summit in Yerevan. He emphasized that disinformation, cyberattacks, and external interference represent interconnected threats that require a coordinated European response.

On social media, Dan thanked European participants and highlighted the importance of stronger institutions, cross-border cooperation, media literacy, and monitoring technological developments, including in the field of artificial intelligence. He warned that current risks should not become structural vulnerabilities in the future, thus underscoring the need for proactive and effective measures.
