At a press conference, Nicușor Dan said that he discussed with Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan the second package of fiscal measures, which will include the reform of magistrates' pensions. The draft will be sent next week for consultations, aiming to raise the retirement age and set the pension at 80% of net salary. Dan emphasized the maintenance of the transitional rule in the current law for magistrates who have met the retirement conditions.
