Nicușor Dan signaled a campaign of manipulation of public opinion through fake accounts that affect his online communication. He emphasized that these attacks target in particular the posts in which he debunks the false promises of his opponent, George Simion, about houses worth 35,000 euros. Dan stressed the need to mobilize against this injustice and criticized the inefficiency of the authorities in fighting these attacks. He promises that if he wins the elections, such maneuvering will stop.
