The police in Constanta fined a man 7000 lei after he shot an airsoft gun at a dog that was not displaying aggressive behavior. The weapon, not subject to authorization, was seized by the police. Veterinary control confirmed that the animal did not suffer any injuries. The man was fined 5000 lei for the illegal use of recreational weapons and 2000 lei for the suffering caused to the dog.
