Putin's chief propagandist has threatened that if a missile is launched from Belarus, it could hit the Deveselu base in 5.5 minutes.

Dmitry Kiselyov made the remarks in the context of talks on the possible deployment of Russia's new hypersonic missile in Belarus. The threats come as President Vladimir Putin has said Russia could deploy the new intermediate-range hypersonic missile Orechnik on the territory of its ally in the second half of next year.
