INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund has acquired Pehart Grup, one of Romania's leading paper producers, in a transaction financed with more than €150 million by a consortium of IFC, Banca Transilvania and ING. Pehart Grup, with a 187-year tradition, aims to expand into international markets and diversify products, including the launch of the new SOVIO brand.
