INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund has acquired Pehart Grup, one of Romania's leading paper producers, in a transaction financed with more than €150 million by a consortium of IFC, Banca Transilvania and ING. Pehart Grup, with a 187-year tradition, aims to expand into international markets and diversify products, including the launch of the new SOVIO brand. This investment underlines the fund's commitment to sustainable growth in the Baltic and Central European region.
