The National Institute of Hydrology has issued a red flood warning for rivers in five counties, valid until Saturday afternoon, due to exceeding flood protection levels. During this period, significant runoff and increases in flow rates are expected in several hydrographic basins. Additionally, an orange warning will be in effect for other watercourses, and a yellow warning will be activated on Thursday, concerning rivers in several counties. Hydrological phenomena will continue to affect various areas until October 5.
