A panel of the Bucharest Court of Appeal has definitively rejected the appeal filed by Hexi Pharma, the company that diluted the disinfectants that ended up in over 300 hospitals in Romania. The company was also ordered to pay court costs of 500 lei, while the fees of the court-appointed lawyers who represented the company's directors will be paid by the state.
