Two elderly people were rescued from a fire by SAS fighters from Neamț, who were on another mission.

On Friday, two elderly people, aged 68 and 72, were rescued from a fire by fighters from the Special Actions Service (SAS) of the Neamț County Police. They were on another mission in the town of Gherăești when they noticed the flames.

Without hesitation, they entered the burning house and managed to evacuate the two elderly people, who were unaware of the danger. Until the arrival of the fire crews, the SAS fighters secured the area, preventing access to other individuals and thus avoiding possible additional tragedies. The fighters chose to remain anonymous, thus demonstrating humility and dedication to their mission.
