78-year-old Morega was found driving a car in Gorj, having had his license withdrawn in February for medical reasons. He was interviewed at the IPJ Gorj and later hospitalized for a psychiatric examination. The former prefect has been caught three other times while driving with a suspended license in Gorj and once in Mehedinți.
