IGSU informs that no medical emergencies have been reported and that traffic on the highways is not stopped. However, in the counties of Dâmbovița, Prahova, and Teleorman, 23 localities have power supply issues, affecting 3,949 citizens.

Road traffic is closed on 3 sections of national road, and restrictions are imposed for vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons on other sections. Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport has closed one runway due to ice, and naval maneuvers are suspended in the ports of Constanța and Tulcea. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is monitoring the situation and recommends that citizens avoid traveling in the affected areas.
