A man lost his life in a fire that broke out on Monday in the Bogdana commune of Vaslui County.

A devastating fire broke out in a house in the Bogdana commune, causing the death of a man. According to the Vaslui Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU), the fire was reported at 14:50, but the intervention teams arrived at the scene only at 16:01, due to the poor quality of the road.

Upon the firefighters' arrival, the fire was spreading over an area of approximately 100 square meters, and the man went into cardiac arrest. Although the medical team attempted resuscitation maneuvers, he was declared dead. His wife suffered a panic attack and was transported to the UPU Vaslui. The police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident, and the community has expressed dissatisfaction regarding the delay in the intervention.
