Tragedy in Vaslui County: A 49-year-old woman died burned in her own home

On Saturday, a devastating fire occurred in a house in the locality of Ghergheleu, Codăești commune, resulting in the death of a 49-year-old woman. According to the Vaslui Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU), three fire trucks were sent to the scene, including two for extinguishing the fire and one SMURD, with a total of 11 firefighters.

Upon arrival of the crews, the fire was widespread, and the woman was found charred inside the house. The fire has been contained, and firefighters continue to work on extinguishing it. Authorities are now conducting investigations to determine the cause of the fire.
