DNA prosecutors are conducting searches at the Sector 3 City Hall, targeting officials and individuals from the local police for possible acts of corruption.

The DNA prosecutors have descended on the City Hall of Sector 3 in Bucharest, in a case concerning how the reorganization of the institution and the Local Police may have been carried out.

The investigators have seized documents, including from the Human Resources department, and are checking for possible abuse of office and irregularities related to promotions or hiring for key positions. According to sources, the investigation is focusing on Deputy Mayor Adrian Marian Cocoș and the General Director of the Local Police Sector 3, Răzvan Graur. The searches are ongoing, and so far the DNA has not officially announced charges against the individuals involved.
