A cottage in the Plaiul Foii area, Zărnești, has been engulfed in a heavy fire and firefighters are intervening to extinguish the blaze.

On Saturday evening, a cabin in the area of Plaiul Foii, Zărnești, was engulfed in a fire that spread rapidly, affecting the entire building on an area of about 150 square meters. The Brasov Inspectorate for Emergency Situations sent three fire engines to extinguish the fire, which is showing widespread burning. Firefighters are in the process of localizing and liquidating the fire.
