Recently, the series 'Las Fierbinți' has sparked controversy after certain dialogues from its episodes were considered by CNA experts to have the potential for masked electoral advertising. In episode 1 of season 27, characters discuss Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, expressing opinions that could influence the public's perception of him. One character praises Bolojan's actions, while another complains about the cutting of disability pensions, suggesting a social critique.

Additionally, in episode 14, the name of the Minister of Economy, Radu Miruță, is mentioned in the context of checking local administrations, which raised questions about the political intentions of the producers. Although the screenwriters claim that the series is a social satire and has no political purpose, observers emphasize that the dialogues could contain elements of propaganda.
