The National Health Insurance House (CNAS) has informed that insured people can obtain medicines at the pharmacy without presenting a printed prescription, using the electronic prescription. Pharmacies can dispense medicines through the Electronic Prescription Information System (SIPE), relying on the social security card. This measure, part of the 'zero paper' initiative, aims to simplify the process of dispensing medicines and cut red tape, giving doctors more time for consultations.
