PSD Deputy Alexandrin Moiseev has resigned from the PSD group and joined PNL, while independent Deputy Rodica Plopeanu has switched to PSD. UDMR has decided not to participate in the vote on the motion of censure.

In the context of the vote on the motion of censure against the Bolojan Government, scheduled for Tuesday, PSD deputy Alexandrin Moiseev announced that he is leaving the PSD parliamentary group to join PNL. Additionally, independent deputy Rodica Plopeanu stated that she will join the PSD group starting May 4.

The president of UDMR, Kelemen Hunor, announced that UDMR parliamentarians will not participate in the vote on the motion, a decision made following a meeting of the united parliamentary groups. Kelemen emphasized that UDMR will "stay on the sidelines" and will be "present but will not vote." He avoided speculating on possible post-vote scenarios, mentioning that the outcome remains uncertain, even though many parliamentarians have signed the motion. Kelemen added that, in the event the motion is adopted, consultations will follow at Cotroceni for the formation of a new government.
