Aumovio, a company recently spun off from Continental and listed on the stock exchange in September, is initiating a large-scale staff reduction process in Romania, affecting 641 employees from three centers.


"As part of our globally implemented measures, aimed at focusing our investments in research and development towards cutting-edge technologies in the market, intensifying technological partnerships within our ecosystem, and continuing to improve efficiency, we informed on 3.12.2025 the employees in Romania about the plans to reduce a total of 641 positions in the country, namely 288 positions in the Iasi location, 117 positions in the Sibiu location, and 236 positions in the Timisoara location," said Aumovio representatives.
