The ANM has issued a notification of moderate rain in Dobrogea and Moldova, with snowfall in mountainous areas, valid until the evening.

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued a notice on Sunday morning regarding moderate rainfall in northern Dobrogea and in most of Moldova, as well as precipitation in the form of sleet and snow in mountainous areas, valid until this evening. A yellow alert has also been issued for Tulcea County, where accumulations of 25 - 40 liters/m² of water are expected. Between November 30, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, rainfall of 10 - 15 liters/m² is estimated, and in the mountains, at altitudes over 1,500 meters, a layer of snow of 5 - 10 centimeters will accumulate, especially in the Eastern Carpathians. In Bucharest, the weather will be cloudy, with light rain and a maximum temperature of about 8 degrees.
