The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has announced a significant drop in temperatures across the country, accompanied by intensified rainfall, especially in the mountainous and northern areas, where it will snow. Meteorologist Alina Șerban mentioned that in the south and southeast, the weather will remain overcast, with persistent clouds, while in the west of the country, higher temperatures have been recorded, reaching up to 17-18°C. Although a slight increase in temperatures is expected tomorrow, a cold front will bring significant drops, with maximums of only 8-10°C in the west. Precipitation will start as rain, turning into sleet and snow in the mountainous areas and in the northern half of Moldova. On Wednesday, the weather will close again, and temperatures in the south will drop, reaching maximums of 7-10°C. In Bucharest, the weather will be overcast, with clouds and temperatures of 10-11°C, followed by a temporary increase before another drop.
