ANAF has launched for public consultation a draft amendment to Form 112, following the tax package of the Bolojan Government

The changes concern the declaration on social security contributions, income tax and the nominal register of insured persons. These adjustments are part of a tax package recently adopted by the Bolojan Government, which includes issues related to health contributions for pensions, unemployment and maternity benefits. The draft is now in public consultation.
