In the last month, the labor market recorded 30,000 job openings, of which 7,500 were posted in September. Most employers are looking for entry-level candidates and skilled workers, due to the high turnover of employees and their lack on the market. The majority of offers are in retail, services, and construction. Employers have started to publish salaries, which range from 3,500 to 9,000 lei, to attract candidates with minimal experience.
