The Minister of Agriculture, Florin Barbu, has reached an agreement with the farmers from Târgu' Mureș, who have decided to suspend the protest.

Florin Barbu said that farmers were receptive to his proposals and understood that he wanted to help them. The farmers' main demand is to extend derogations from certain European regulations. The Minister of Agriculture promised that the farmers' demands will be included in ordinances to be approved.
