Ranked 64th in the top companies in Romania, RICHRBT 1 S.R.L. has a turnover of 3.6 billion lei but does not have a real headquarters and is suspected of fraud. The company was fraudulently taken over from a wine shop, and its documents are false. Additionally, it cloned the website of Construcții Erbașu S.A. and placed orders for construction materials without paying for them. ANAF is investigating the company's activities, which does not have any debts to the state, although it should have paid substantial taxes.
