The police intervened on Friday night in Sector 5 of the capital, where a 32-year-old man with a known criminal record was identified with a warrant for robbery. After fleeing the scene, officers fired five shots vertically to stop him, but the man managed to escape temporarily with the help of an aggressive group. He was later located and apprehended in a studio apartment and taken to the 18th Police Station for the necessary legal action.
