Eugen Doga, an emblematic figure of Moldovan culture, died on June 3 at the age of 88. The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova announced the artist's death, highlighting his impact on music and culture. With a career spanning more than six decades, Doga composed music for film, ballet and choral works, and was internationally known for the soundtracks of Emil Loteanu's films. He was honored with numerous awards and supported young musicians, leaving a lasting legacy.
