James Ransone, the actor known for his roles in the series "The Wire" and the film "It: Chapter Two," committed suicide at the age of 46, according to the coroner in Los Angeles.

Originally from Maryland, Ransone had a diverse career, appearing in productions such as "Generation Kill," "Bosch," and the "Sinister" film series. He spoke openly about the difficulties he faced in childhood, including social integration issues and drug use. After a period of substance abuse, he realized that acting was his calling. Ransone was married and had two children.
