Mircea Abrudean visited several innovation and technology centers in Azerbaijan, expressing interest in implementing a similar program in Romania.

During the working visit, Abrudean was welcomed by Ulvi Mehdiyev, President of the State Agency for Citizens' Service and Social Innovations of Azerbaijan. The two discussed a possible collaboration for the development of digitization of public services in Romania, taking the ASAN model in Azerbaijan as an example.
