Der Gerichtshof der Europäischen Union (EuGH) hat am Donnerstag die Klage von Wizz Air gegen die staatliche Beihilfe für TAROM abgewiesen

Wizz Air hat beim EuGH die Entscheidung der Europäischen Kommission angefochten, die im Februar 2020 gewährte staatliche Beihilfe in Höhe von 36,6 Millionen Euro für TAROM als staatliche Beihilfe für TAROM zu betrachten. Der EuGH wies alle Argumente von Wizz Air zurück und bestätigte das Urteil des Gerichts der EU, das diese Subvention als mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbare staatliche Beihilfe eingestuft hatte.
