丹尼尔·布兰解释说，固定价格的廉价药物无法应对因通货膨胀和能源价格上涨而导致的生产成本增加，这将导致这些药物在市场上的消失。他估计，像二甲双胍这样的药物价格应该上涨6-8倍，而阿莫西林的价格则应上涨4-5倍，原因是与污水处理相关的税费。APMGR主席强调，找到环境目标与患者获得治疗之间的平衡至关重要，并呼吁当局在实施新规范时提供帮助，以免影响药物的可用性。他提到，70%的处方治疗是仿制药和生物类似药，大多数价格低于100列伊，并强调需要迅速调整价格，以防止这些基本药物逐渐消失。
