巴西前总统贾伊尔·博尔索纳罗被最高法院判定有罪，因为他策划了一场政变，以在2022年选举失利后继续掌权。
这一决定是在五名最高法院法官中有三名投票认为他有罪的情况下作出的，一名法官宣判无罪，另一名法官尚未投票。法官卡门·露西亚是第三个投票的法官——这使得五名法官中的多数能够裁定这位右翼领导人策划政变有罪。对70岁高龄的博尔索纳罗的判决将在第五名法官发表意见后才会成为最终判决。
