Il Dipartimento di Polizia di Los Angeles sta proseguendo le indagini sulla morte di Matthew Perry a causa della ketamina trovata nel suo sangue.

L'autopsia ha indicato che l'attore è morto per gli effetti acuti della ketamina, ma anche per annegamento, malattia coronarica ed effetti della buprenorfina. L'autopsia ha anche rivelato che la fonte della ketamina non proveniva dall'ultima sessione di trattamento effettuata prima della morte. L'attore è stato trovato senza fiato nell'ottobre 2023 in una vasca idromassaggio.
