Dulca, former head coach of the Romanian women's national football team, accepted the challenge due to his connection with the club and his desire to contribute to the team's development.

Cluj University recently established the women's team, which is currently in first place in League 3, aiming for rapid promotion to League 1. Dulca aims to improve the technical and tactical aspects of the players. He also emphasizes that he does not consider himself a coach exclusively for women's football and would gladly accept offers from major football, mentioning that the national team and U Cluj are priorities for him.
