On December 9, the National Army of the Republic of Moldova received a donation from NATO, consisting of essential equipment for the protection of soldiers. The donation includes helmets and protective suits against CBRN agents, medical molds, computing technology, transport units, and furniture, all aimed at improving recruitment conditions and maintaining human resources.
The Minister of Defense, Anatolie Nosatîi, emphasized the importance of this assistance for increasing the safety and efficiency of the National Army, highlighting the solid partnership with NATO in maintaining peace. NATO's Deputy Secretary General, Boris Ruge, appreciated Moldova's progress in modernizing its armed forces and promised continued support. The equipment will be distributed to military units and the military hospital for training, while the furniture will modernize recruitment centers across the country.
