Victor Ponta signed the motion of censure against the Bolojan Government, being the only parliamentarian in the coalition who made this gesture.

Victor Ponta, a deputy excluded from PSD but still affiliated with the PSD parliamentary group, signed the motion of censure entitled "Government without USR" against the government led by Ilie Bolojan. This is initiated by the PACE group – Romania's Future in the Senate, supported by AUR parliamentarians, who have obtained the necessary number of signatures for the submission of the motion, namely 116. The motion will be submitted on December 5 and is separate from the Prime Minister's assumption of the project regarding the pensions of magistrates. The president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, avoided commenting on the signatures of PSD parliamentarians on the motion, emphasizing that the party is part of the coalition and that there are no nuances in this regard.
