Sorin Grindeanu blames the "userist chaos" for the water crisis in Prahova and Dâmbovița

The leader of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, says that the culprit for the water crisis in Prahova and Dâmbovița is what he calls "userist chaos".

"We have seen for quite a few months how the Minister of Environment assures us that she has reformed the Romanian Waters. We saw on November 26, on one of the television channels, how she declared live that all measures have been taken and that absolutely nothing will happen. Unfortunately, things have entered a downward spiral. Today I asked Rogobete to urgently go to Prahova, because I know that there are 3 hospitals that have been left without water supply. It is the same as what I was telling you at the beginning: userist chaos," Grindeanu declared on Tuesday.
