Moșteanu announced his resignation on Friday on social media, in the context of a scandal related to his bachelor's degree, which was triggered by an investigation conducted by the publication Libertatea. Simion emphasized on Facebook that the resignation will not solve the fundamental problems of the Executive, thus highlighting a broader dissatisfaction with the governance.
