Petrișor Peiu, the leader of the AUR senators, stated that the opposition parliamentarians intend to submit a motion of censure by the end of the current parliamentary session. The motion, initiated by Ninel Peia, a former PSD parliamentarian, will address the public policy of the Bolojan government, criticizing the chaotic increase in taxes and the lack of results from it. Peiu mentioned that the motion will highlight the cuts in the Education sector and the burdens imposed on mothers on parental leave, as well as the injustices faced by disadvantaged groups. The opposition has a short window to gather the necessary signatures and consult other parliamentary groups before the official submission of the motion.
