The Houthis in Yemen announced on Thursday the death of their chief of staff, Muhammad Abd Al-Karim al-Ghamari, considered one of the most important military officials of the Iran-backed group. They stated that al-Ghamari was killed 'while fulfilling his duties', without directly attributing responsibility to Israel for this incident.
The Houthis emphasized that the conflict with Israel continues and that it will bear the consequences for its actions. In August, Israel carried out airstrikes on Sanaa, targeting leaders of the Houthi group, including the defense minister and other high-ranking officials, resulting in the death of the prime minister of the Houthi-led government and other ministers.
