As a result, the agency has been prohibited from entering into new contracts and has been obliged to fulfill existing obligations. Additionally, Cocktail Holidays has filed for insolvency, accused by partners of not paying its collaborators, and tourists have been threatened with eviction from hotels. The agency's owner acknowledged the financial difficulties caused by the economic situation, promising efforts for recovery.
