The Ministry of Economy has won a victory in court, winning the case for the property located at Olteniței Road no. 225, where several private companies operated for 18 years without paying rent. The court has ordered the eviction of these companies, and the decision is enforceable, with the right to appeal within 5 days. Radu Miruță, a representative of the ministry, stated that the period during which these companies illegally benefited from the state building, collecting considerable amounts, has ended.

The building, with an area of 1,500 sqm and 54 offices, has been used by the 'Business Incubator Center' since 2004, without the Ministry collecting rent. The Court of Accounts has pointed out the non-compliances, including the lack of registration of the property in the ministry's accounting records. 55 companies had their headquarters in this property, paying varying amounts annually for the use of the spaces, some of which were sublet.
